This apartment is situated in a quiet location while being within easy walking distance of the exclusive town of Puerto Banus with its designer shops, night life and exclusive restaurants. The lounge dining area leads out onto the garden terrace, as do both the bedrooms. The terrace is stepped and leads onto the communal lawn taking you to the pool. Both bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and built-in wardrobes. One has a double bed and the other one two single beds. The apartment is within 5 minutes walking distance of a supermarket, local shops and several restaurants as well as a 15 minute walk from the beach. It would therefore be feasible to stay in this apartment without hiring a car. There is a famous Saturday market in the car park by the bull ring only a 5 minute walk away. The pool is a short walk across the garden, and Malaga airport is 40 minutes drive away.
