This cozy villa with a view of the garden and river is located in Rosas, Costa Brava, in the province of Gerona, Catalonia. Rosas is situated on the northern coast of the Gulf of Roses, south of Cape Creus. The accommodation is part of a residential complex in a suburban neighborhood. It lies just 1.5 km from the sandy beach, 100 meters from a supermarket, 3 km from the city, 3.5 km from the bus station and 20 km from the train station. Roses is a major tourist center with modern hotels, beautiful beaches and two ports (fishing and yachting).
